Upstairs there is a landing leading to the Bathroom and two Bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a 3ft single bed. Children are welcome and a highchair, stair gate, portable cot and playpen are provided. .

Outside, from the front there is a shared security locked entrance door and passage leading to our front door (No.5). There is also a secure outhouse for bicycles etc and a quiet small garden with a table/bench and use of a Barbecue if required.

To help you feel at home, we also provide:

+ welcome tray for you on arrival with a pint of fresh milk.

+ supply of tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper.

+ washing up liquid, detergents, kitchen clothes, towels, foil & cling film.

There is no telephone in the house, but mobile coverage is usually excellent and the nearest public telephone box is less than 50 metres walk.by the pedestrian crossing in Monks Road.

The house is strictly non smoking and a pet free environment.

Our privately owned Victorian town house has been modernised and tastefully furnished to meet the needs of the holiday maker or business person and has a recent refurbished new kitchen and bathroom.

We provide cotton bed linen and towels which are changed regularly, endless supplies of tea or coffee and also NTL wireless broadband is installed. The house has NICEIC electric and CORGI gas certificates, wired smoke & heat alarms, carbon monoxide detector, and secure mortise locks.

If you choose to unwind and relax there is a comfortable lounge equipped with TV, Video, Radio/CD and many books and games or if the weather permits relax and have a barbecue in our secluded small rear garden.

There are double and single bedrooms sleeping three with extra sleeping for one or two persons on a Futon within the lounge.

Our rates are very competitive compared to the alternatives such as Hotels or Bed & Breakfast with our prices starting at £50 per night (minimum 3 nights) with discounts for long stay bookings.
